For
the past 3 years, GQ India has celebrated the success and fame of celebrities
and dignitaries from the varied spheres of business, sports, film, literature
and art.
Set with an all American vintage theme, the attendees were
jazzed up to the tee. Superstar invitees who walked the carpet included Amitabh
Bachchan, Rahul Khanna, Shobhaa De, Siddharth Mallya, Dino Morea, AD Singh,
Kabir Bedi, Sarah Jane Dias and many more.
Rahul Bose played the perfect host being his charismatic
self. The audience was treated to an outstanding show by London based, Chicago-
The Musical , while Famed master mentalist Lior Suchard dazzled the audience
with his mind reading abilities, mesmerizing performance and unpredictable
sense of humour.
Che Kurrien, Editor, GQ India, shared his insights on the
event. He said, "The GQ Men of the Year Awards stand for power, authority, and
style — and this year, we’ve added vintage Hollywood glamour to the mix. Our
winners are a mix of business and media leaders, actors and sportsmen, thinkers

Padukone (GQ Woman), Shahid Kapoor (Chivas Award for The Ultimate GQ Man),
Anurag Kashyap (Director), Shekhar Kapur (Inspiration), Sushil Kumar
(Sportsman), Nawazuddin Siddiqui (Breakthrough Talent), Rohit Bal (Designer),
John Abraham (Most Stylish Man) Vikas Khanna (Chef) and Vidya Balan
(Excellence) among others.
